Chorizo made in the traditional way in Asturias, northern Spain, by an artisan family-run company, using only the best natural ingredients and encased in a natural skin.
The Chorizo is fully cured by smoking over oak fires and is therefore ready to eat, but its texture is designed to be perfect when sliced and cooked as a tapas dish, or in casseroles like the famous Fabada Asturiana.
Ingredients: Pork Loin, beef, bacon, paprika, salt, garlic.
