Not for the faint Hearted, Most Ginger biscuits are tame by comparison. To create this full flavour, we use the very best ground ginger, which doesn't have the peppery burn found in cheaper spices. The high syrup content in the recipe gives it its unique Border Gingers texture, and then it is smothered with thick smooth dark chocolate to complete this connoisseur's biscuit.
