Atkins & Potts Sundried Tomato Mayonnaise

Our mayonnaise is made with the classic ingredients of egg yolk and Dijon mustard to thicken it and lemon juice and white wine vinegar to taste with a good sprinkling of sun dried tomatoes. Perfect in a sandwich, wrap or salad and for countless other meals.
