Atkins & Potts Toasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Our mayonnaise is made with the classic ingredients of egg yolk and Dijon mustard to thicken it and lemon juice and white wine vinegar to taste and a good dose of toasted garlic. Perfect in a sandwich, wrap or salad and for countless other meals.
