This Australian wine is made strictly from Organically Grown Grapes. A powerful, Full Bodied red wine with intense blackcurrant Characters and hints of ripe plum. This is a rich and complex blend, with layers of intense dark fruits and warm vanilla aromas, supported by soft to medium tannins. This wine is made from grapes, which have been grown organically without the use of synthetic chemicals or fertilizers in the vineyard. Wilkie Estate Cabernet merlot is excellent served at room temperature as an aperitif or with a wide variety of savoury foods such casseroles, and organic meat based pasta dishes. 5099A BFA Certified Organic.
